Located on a 25 foot wide oceanfront lot in Point Pleasant Beach, this house replaced a house that was damaged during Superstorm Sandy.  Many houses in the area were built with very narrow setbacks that do not conform to building codes. The owner decided to build a narrower house than what was there previously to allow windows on the sides with fire-rated walls.  The resulting 18 foot wide house feels much wider than it is.
