This project was for the expansion of the existing Borough Hall in Point Pleasant Beach to provide more space and accessibility.  A new entrance with elevator and ramp was added to the front of the building. A 2-story addition was built to the northwest of the building containing borough offices and a caucus room for the courtroom.  Finally the southwest portion of the building was filled in to expand the police department on the first floor and the building department and municipal court office on the second floor. The original spanish tile roof was replicated, and the stucco finish was repaired and duplicated on the additions to make the building seamless.
