The property was owned by three brothers and had the unique requirement of 3 pairs of bedrooms for each family.  Because so many people use the house parking was a concern. It is located in an area of Mantoloking that was washed away in Superstorm Sandy, between two streets with access from both sides.  The two story home was elevated on pilings to provide parking below, with an elevator to access both living levels above.
