At just 50 feet square, this tiny lot required several variances to fit the modest home for this family of 5.  The cottage which formerly occupied the lot was moved off its foundation during Superstorm Sandy and was not salvageable, so the Owners built a new 2-story house above a garage and storage room.  Every available inch was utilized to fit 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, an open kitchen-living-dining area, an office, and a laundry room.
