Located between the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay in Mantoloking, the house was designed “upside down” to have the living areas and master bedroom suite on the second floor with guest bedrooms on the first floor to capture views from the upper floor to the water beyond.  Wrap around double porches on the front and a deck off the kitchen in the back of the house extend the living space outside. The house incorporates an elevator to make the living area accessible.
