Located on the beach in Bay Head, the original house is over 100 years old.  The Owners wanted to maintain the character, but upgrade it with modern amenities.  We completely renovated the kitchen and butler’s pantry, removed a column on the ocean-side porches to open the view, enclosed the screened side porch converting it a garden room,  combined two bedrooms into a master suite, added a powder room to the first floor, renovated two existing bathrooms, and created a playroom on the third floor.
