The original restaurant at this location suffered damage from a fire and had to be rebuilt.  The ground floor masonry walls were retained and a second floor was added. To create an intimate atmosphere, the there are 8 distinct dining areas and an outdoor dining area on the second floor facing the ocean.  The main kitchen is on the first floor with a supplemental kitchen on the second floor. The style of the building was in keeping with the residential neighborhood in which it is located.
