This project is located on a prominent street in the resort area of Point Pleasant Beach.  Formerly an iron works and warehouse, the owner wanted to add apartments on a new second floor and create a more appealing street view.  We were able to reuse the existing structure and exterior walls, supplementing the roof framing to carry the 4 new apartments. We created a separate entrance and parking area at the rear of the property for the apartments to keep them off the busy street and maintain the commercial use at the front.  We updated the entrance off the street, adding a stone base and decorative roof.
