Built as a summer home and located 3 houses in from the beach, this house was designed to take advantage of limited view corridors.  Master bedrooms are located at both the front and back of the house, each with a private deck and a glimpse of the ocean. The first floor is one open space with large kitchen and dining areas elevated one step above the living area to maximize ceiling height. The third floor is a family room with views to the beach both from side windows and a small balcony.
